Organist at Sunday Mass played the Barry Lyndon theme
Happy Advent season! Which means that Christmas is just around the corner.
And just as a short blog, I wanted to say that on Sunday, I was in Mass because I just go to church like that... And while I was waiting for Mass to start, I hear the organist play a very familiar tune. It took me a while to realize that he was playing Sarabande in D Minor HWV 437 by Georg Frederich Handel. Mostly notably from Barry Lyndon! I was so shocked and had to record it. Barry Lyndon is one of my all time favourite films and I just had to record a bit of that playing.
